Draft IZT Policy for Superintendents of Hyderabad CCA




 

 






 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chief Commissioner, Hyderabad Zone has issued draft  IZT Policy for Superintendents of Hyderabad CCA.

The main provisions of the DIZT are as follows:
1. Tenure on promotion is two years. This is applicable even for the officers promoted even before AGT,2013. 
2. Two years will be reckoned as completed on 30th June.
3. On rotation the tenure is two years. 
4. Tenure is converted from days to years. 
5. Only unauthorised leaves will not be counted in the prescribed tenure.
6. lady Officers tenure is one year.
7. Exemption on account of child education of Inter Second Year, Extreme medical grounds and spouse will be given as far as possible. 
8. Yearly cap of five Superintendents  for Vizag zone officers hitherto there has been removed.
9. Residency period of 8 years has been reduced to two years for Vizag officers for applying transfer to Hyderabad. 
10. A Committee of all Executive commissioners of Hyderabad will decide requests of Hyderabad Officers for transfer to Hyderabad and make recommendations to CC-Hyderabad.
11. A Committee of CCA Commissioners of Hyderabad Zone, One Appeals Commissioner of Hyderabad zone and one commissioner of Vizag Zone nominated by Vizag CC will consider the requests of  Vizag Zone officers for transfer to Hyderabad only during AGT except extreme medical grounds.
12. No validity period has been fixed for this policy.
